06 Game Rules

All games available on the kk8 my platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, and poker — are operated using certified RNG technology and transparent systems. Each game result is final once recorded by our servers.

• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, kk8 my will review server records to determine the valid outcome
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified
• In the event of a display error that does not reflect the actual outcome, the server result is final

08 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your kk8 my account at any time for personal reasons. To do so, please contact our customer support team via live chat or email.

Closure by Member:

• All available balances (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you once the closure request has been processed
• Any bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited
• Your account history will be retained for the period required by applicable law

Closure by KK8 MY:

• KK8 MY reserves the right to close or suspend any account that violates these Terms & Conditions
• In confirmed cases of fraud, the account balance may be fully forfeited
• KK8 MY will notify you via your registered email if your account is closed, unless such notification would compromise an ongoing investigation

In support of responsible gaming, kk8 my also offers temporary self-suspension (from 24 hours up to 6 months) and permanent self-exclusion. These options can be accessed via your account settings or by contacting our customer support.

09 Limitation of Liability
